"I recently stayed at Mexico city with my family, expecting the property to be much better based on the photos and description on Expedia. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First, the exterior of the property does not look like the pictures shown online. The property is located on Insurgentes, a very busy street surrounded by hospitals and local food vendors, which creates constant noise and unpleasant odors. The unit itself was not maintained to an acceptable standard. The walls were dirty, the main bedroom door would not close properly, the comforter on the main bed was ripped, and the microwave was both dirty and rusty. The property also provides coffee for only one day; after that, guests are expected to purchase their own. In addition, only one roll of toilet paper is provided. Once it runs out, guests must go to the reception desk and request additional toilet paper each time, which is inconvenient and not what I would expect from a property of this type. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and overall cleanliness was below expectations. The apartment did not feel properly cleaned or well cared for. Based on our experience, I would not consider this an excellent property, and it did not meet the standards advertised online."
