"I give this place a 9/10. The rooms were very clean. The pool bar had great options, and the dinner restaurants were great in our opinion. The breakfast buffet was always busy, but it was worth the wait just to eat with that great view of the ocean. I recommend getting there before 9 AM. The staff is always a highlight because they do everything they can to make you feel welcome. The only downside was that access to the beach was closed. You had to take a 25-minute walk and go through a pretty...

"The location is perfect for the beach or heading into town. A cold beer in the pool, watching the organized chaos in the marina, was always the highlight of my day. Andrea at the front desk was the best! She always seemed to be there when we needed her."

"Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer. It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. Without the app we couldn’t order a...
