"My stay at this hotel was pleasant! It is close to local attractions—whether walking or driving—and the hotel itself was very clean and safe. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the internet is completely useless!"

"I had a wonderful stay overall. Really nice people, and great cafe and breakfast. The room itself was very cool and comfy. My only complaint is that my shower didn't have hot water for the first day I was there. But I understand that things happen. Would definitely recommend this place, and probably come back to stay again!"

"This place was what we needed it to be - a great location, clean, a nice amount of space, comfortable bed (although on the firmer side) and the staff were very friendly. It is on a busy road, so can seem noisy (we were so tired at the end of every day, it didn’t really bother us). It was very clean but not super well maintained (rings on the coffee table, small holes on the wall and small missing pieces of baseboard), and the water pressure wasn’t outstanding. None of those things were deal breakers for us, but could be for others!"

"This hotel is excellently located in a modern part of the city, within walking distance to the old town and to the metro. Bus line 7 across the street will easily take you to Chapultepec Castle and to the Anthropology Museum. We felt totally safe walking to the Angel of Independence Monument where people gather in the evenings. Also, this hotel is the pick-up point for most organized tours. Our room was large and totally functional. We took the breakfast option and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it also came with a snack service in the evenings. The food was amazing in both cases, our congratulations to the chef! On our last day, the hotel provided a taxi to the airport at a fixed rate of 400 pesos. We had a wonderful stay in Mexico City and highly recommend this hotel to future travelers."
