"The rooms are spacious. There are a good number of restaurants plus the buffet to choose from. All with kid friendly options. The restaurants were ok. I wasn't a fan of any of them really. The Mexican one by the Kiddie Pool is the best and many folks don't even know it exists. It's only open for lunch. MY daughter loved the activities and we did manage to catch one show. The wait list for restaurants can be extensive. We waited over an hour and a half on Thursday night and not even 15 minutes on Saturday night. It's very hit or miss. The buffet is ok. Plenty of options, but much of the same day in and day out. "

"My stay at GR Solaris was amazing. The staff including pinto and many others went above and beyond. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, Room was exceptional every day and the cleaning staff was amazing! I would say more options for food. Only 1 breakfast buffet/option sometimes you had to wait in line but only 10 -15 minutes. Getting a Reservation wasn't easy was booked every time, but we were able to just walk in without an issue a few times. I would reccomend in this price category for sure! Beach is beautiful and pools fun and entertaining. At night they had Entertainment and the shows were very good! "

"Overall great stay for the price point! Bartenders and wait staff got to know you by name. Property was clean. Rooms slightly dated but clean. Food was average. Took three of our kids with us, the interconnecting room was perfect. Resort is on the small side, but this made it convenient to go back and forth to our rooms and have easy ability to have visual on our kids. We took pool float chairs and floated all day. 4 days was plenty. "

"The hotel is not family-friendly, as it lacks suitable amenities for children. Many of the rooms are outdated, with old furnishings and visible wear. Most areas within the property have a persistent smell of mold, indicating potential ventilation issues. Additionally, ongoing construction on-site disrupts guests' ability to rest peacefully, often creating noise. The food served at the restaurant is poor in quality, with limited options available, making dining experiences less enjoyable. Servers were nice, but front desk people were rude. Not Coming back here and no, I do not recommend this hotel. "
