"Overall, we had a memorable trip, but there were definitely some highs and lows.
Unfortunately, Esteban nearly ruined part of our experience. His behavior felt classist and inconsistent. As Latinos vacationing in Mexico, it was disappointing to feel judged based on appearance. I wore Birkenstock sandals to every meal prior without issue, yet he turned us away at Bordeaux because of them. "Was our second stay at the NYX Cancun. It is a smaller resort but, has everything needed for a great holiday. Staff is friendly and attentive. Jordan provided exceptional service and entertainment with games and pool activities. The morning yoga sessions with the sound of waves started a beautiful day. Best part of the NYX is the food. We have been to numerous resorts and cruises and the food at NYX is on the higher end even beating out more expensive competitors. We will be back for...
