"I have just arrived home after spending two nights here. I booked the Garden Room which was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. No one over looking so lots of privacy. The room was extremely clean and the amenities supplied very thoughtful. Different teas, coffees, and milks supplied. "This is a lovely farmhouse bed & breakfast, Janet (farmers wife) made tasty breakfasts with options to suit everyone's taste. We had fresh milk when we needed it for in room drinks and were able to get ice for evening drinks. One word of advise, this not a hotel so don't expect hotel services. Would I stay there again, yes most definately."

"Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. "Great guest house, great room, great en suite, great breakfast and friendly attendant. Probably the cleanest place we've stayed in. Very close to the railway station and only a few minutes' walk into the town centre. You could hear a bit of traffic but it soon blended in to the background."
