"We were booked to stay for 3 days the staff were polite and friendly but our experience wasn't great to be honest the place looks tired and rundown they shut the bar early the 1st night we arrived due to lack of customers we were told ....we also had no idea it was being used for accommodating people who looked like asylum seekers ...there were possessions stacked outside the stairs to our accomodation and people loading vans for most of the time we stayed including in the middle of the night...

"It was a good location for us as we were travelling to and from Fordingbridge. Location is near a busy road but I have to say this did not affect the quality of our sleep at all, we slept soundly. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! "The breakfast not replenished, no egg cups provided !!! Table in conservatory leg falling, shabby chairs. Slow service, staff saying Chef only just turned up. Dining room area full of cobwebs, cleaners need to look above eye level, The rooms shower facilities not great the floor not level . It’s such a shame as the outside of the building and views are great."

"Booked two rooms for a large family and was not next to each other. The rooms were okay, no Aircon and it was 27+ degrees so the rooms were roasting overnight. There was two fans in each room but didn't really help much. Plus the choice had to be made between using the fans or the plug sockets for other items. One of the rooms had a few broken items, the plastic surround where you tap the card was broken and half on,which fell off and we clipped back on ourselves and oe of the fan plugs was...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown Manor House Hotel. The building is beautiful, and our room was tastefully decorated with a lovely four-poster bed that added to the experience. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large bath/shower and high-quality toiletries. We also enjoyed spending time in the peaceful garden at the back of the property, and the free on-site parking was very convenient. Overall, this was a lovely stay, and we would happily return."

"Nice welcome from Yas. Room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A/C in room was much appreciated. Tea, coffee making facilities and welcome biscuits a nice touch. Staff friendly. Free parking is available on 1st come basis with 5 slots available, otherwise it's street parking nearby. Only downside of our allocated 1st floor room was being at front of property and road traffic noise wasn't great for sleeping. Good location for walking to town centre and local amenities."
