"The breakfast not replenished, no egg cups provided !!! Table in conservatory leg falling, shabby chairs. Slow service, staff saying Chef only just turned up. Dining room area full of cobwebs, cleaners need to look above eye level, The rooms shower facilities not great the floor not level . It’s such a shame as the outside of the building and views are great."

The only thing I say was I thought the price of £25 per night was a bit steep. Always paid extra for dogs at hotels but never this much. Even the big hotels in the area only charge £20 per night. ?"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown Manor House Hotel. The building is beautiful, and our room was tastefully decorated with a lovely four-poster bed that added to the experience. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a large bath/shower and high-quality toiletries. We also enjoyed spending time in the peaceful garden at the back of the property, and the free on-site parking was very convenient. Overall, this was a lovely stay, and we would happily return."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Doors tend to slam so you can have noisy neighbours. Garden was big and plenty of seating but needs some tlc and more kids stuff. Food was average at best. Some staff were great, some need more training. Not sure I’d stay again."

We came across this hotel and although expensive we decided we weren't paying for flights and booked two nights. How very special from the moment we arrived and had our car parked for us. "The room was lovely and so was the hot tub. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room for cooling drinks. Garden Rooms need a bit of an overhaul, just seemed a bit dated, but still had a lovely stay and the staff were really friendly."
