"Room was clean except for a spot on door frame in bathroom (blood stained). Bed only had a sheet and the decorative cover, no blanket, no in room coffee. Breakfast was a choice of pop tart, honey bun or muffins. Small cups of coffee, no juice was choice of drink."

"The hotel its self was great. What wasn't great was that Expedia lead me to believe I would get a double queen room. By the time they sent the hotel my reservation request all of the queen rooms were reserved. My only option was a king room with a queen pull out couch. My very large teenage son had to sleep on the pull out and it was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was very apologetic and let me know this is a common issue with Expedia. Let me be clear, in now way was this the hotels fault,...

"An employee came banging on the door at 5 am demanding that I pay to fix his mistake. He claimed he only charged me 15$ for the room. As I was half asleep, I handed him my card to take care of it. He came back saying he charged me for 2 days instead of the one. Then I realized he had the wrong room. They refunded it, but it was insanity for that to happen"

"I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always extremely clean which I appreciate. The staff is very kind and helpful and the lobby is inviting. I wish there was tiny bit more variety at breakfast but other than that small thing, I will continue to come here."

"This hotel was a great selection for my family and our needs. They were incredibly accommodating for my children who are on the spectrum. The facilities were so ell maintained and the continental breakfast was delicious. I will say that I had to request housekeeping services during my weekend stay, but it was rectified quickly."

"The property had everything we needed. The only complaint is that someone walked into the room that was supposedly working on an AC and walked into the wrong room. My daughter was alone and was mortified. They apologized and he didn’t try to stick around but knocking is essential. We asked for a do not disturb sign and had no additional issues. "
