"The window in my room didnt shut all the way. The bathtub did not drain and there were gross mildew stains all around the bathtub. The breakfast was the same everyday and the second day my daughter almost ate a moldy bagel. I would definitely not stay there again!. "

Since we check in and check out she was rude to her co worker. Other than that all the stuff smiled and was ll welcoming even when we walked in the halfway and wa children friendly to my baby. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night since our room was not available for 2 nights at the time of our online reservation. So we had to stay elsewhere in Barrie the next day. "

"The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. However there was only one elevator that was working. Very inconvenient with so many people in the hotel that weekend. "

"It was way over priced. Thanks to the algorithm we paid the most out of both hockey teams. I would advise for the option to cancel and rebook. More rooms became available closer to our booking for $100 per night cheaper. The staff also called the police on the 3 teams that were hanging out in the lobby area. Not once was anyone asked to leave or shut it down. Then we had police (one was a bit aggressive especially to men) show up. The next night the hotel simply hid ALL the chairs in the managers room to discourage people from hanging out in the lobby. So instead every team there had hallway parties. The elevators were a bit fritzy and only one working. The staff were great (except for the lobby situation). It’s still new and things are being sorted out. Out shower door didn’t close. Other than that it’s close to everything, "

"Property is quite warn, seemingly long overdue for a face lift. Ie: laminate was peeling off the doors. Priced well over its value. Confusing layout makes it difficult to get around; would not be very friendly if you have accessibility issues. "

"Room windows were painted-shut, no way to open them. Room was equipped with a heater, but didn't have A/C, humidity stayed in and air wasn't renewed enough. Room doors aren't soundproofed enough, I had the bad luck of staying over a hockey weekend, and kids were running around and playing hockey in the corrider in front of my room, while parents were drinking beers and eating pizza next to them. Had to call front desk twice to get order restored (some people are working...) Cleanlines could have been better as well, while not the worst."
