Rose, the manager, is incredibly helpful and hooked us up with the best Ha Long Bay cruise - a trip highlight! She is warm and makes guests feel at home. The team members — Broky, Sarah, Lilly, Kendra, Emma annd others — are super helpful, polite, and professional. Great breakfast options and very comfortable rooms. "Really enjoyed my stay. Staff stayed in contact with us before arrival via WhatsApp. They took all our needs into consideration, including dietary needs. Especially Mia and the reception staff, very very caring. They would ask us if we needed help, offer us free cold lemonade after our travels back to the hotel. Felt like home away from home.
