"The hotel is just minutes off the M5 but an easy bus journey into the centre of Bristol. We had a lovely evening in Bristol and easily got back to the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and we had a choice of double or twin. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money. Lots of parking. We arrived a little early and it was no problem for us to check in."

"De Vere Tortworth Court is a beautiful and unique mansion, completely surrounded by nature, built over 170 years ago. We came to visit the Cotswolds, and this accommodation worked out quite well (it is a 40 mins-1h drive from the main villages). Things I loved: All the shared areas are well kept and organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the bistro and the cocktail bar in the library room. "Parking was a bit tricky to get in underneath to park n. but very secure. The hotel staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for then. Because of our age we found the stairs a big challenge so probably would not return "

Rooms are dark, low ceilings, out-updated furniture, etc. All in all, the hotel is good enough, though one may not think of it as a spa like experience, especially when considering that this is one of the attractions/ amenities that they are offering & advertising."
