"The staff was extremely helpful with our transportation from the airport after our extremely late arrival, as well as when we needed a ride to a restaurant and back to the airport the next day."

"We loved our stay at Ponder Bali! The drain was getting blocked but otherwise all fine. Small lights downstairs and upstairs would be helpful too. The main lights are quite strong. "

"The room was amazing. Clean, very modern, and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is a huge plus, but being picky, I would add some more cooking pots. Otherwise, great location, easy parking for the bike, few convenience stores around to access, and obviously, the location is at the gateway to the great world of Canggu! Oh yeah, the stuff was amazing, all of them, super helpful, always happy to assist and greeting everyone with good energy."
