"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. "Everything about this resort was wonderful. We stayed in the royal room and it was beautiful and spotlessly cleaned daily. The staff were brilliant, the pools had lots of options for depth and location, the breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly need and the restaurant staff at all the restaurants we visited catered for our food allergies without issue. While slightly south of Nusa Dua, a $5 taxi arranged by the concierge got us to bali collection in 10 minutes. Highly recommend...

Dekat dngn water blow n bali collection... Cm kebersihan kurang sempurna, d kolam renang yg kecil, ada lumut d lantainya, lantai teras depan kamar jg agak lengket kl d injek, mungkin lengket akibat air laut,... Selebihnya puas bngt nginep d sini..."

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"We enjoyed the range of kids’ activities, services, pools, food options, and the area around the hotel. We did not opt for the all-inclusive dining due to the cost. The buffet breakfast was super & included in the room rate, and it became repetitive after a few days. Overall, my family had a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend the hotel."

The building included a great night club, high class fashion shopping, a kids center, pools - swimming and the snooker kind, and a good fitness center. The roof top villas also had their own private swimming pools - wow! The great food made the experience unfforgetable and free airport transfer wrapped up a super stay....
