"The maid did not leave towels, soap, and toilet paper some days. The pool concierge just takes your towels and clothes and moves them, and is very rude."

"Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto.

"We really enjoyed our stay. We thought the food was pretty good. The beach and ocean are clean. This resort mostly caters to Spanish speaking guests but a handful of the staff could speak English. The beds were a bit small. We would go back!"
