"The staff were wonderful, kind, and professional. They would go over and above to assist. We were limited to 3 restaurants; 2 were a buffet style which is not my thing. There is pool service for food and drinks. There is no shuttle to and from the airport. A taxi, Uber or other transportation is required if you are planning on leaving the resort for an outing. "They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years."
