"Everything was great "

"It was a great room. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the hotel bar. The parking was a little tricky at first, but it became more intuitive as we learned how it worked. The room was clean, housekeeping was prompt, and it’s in a good location. Would stay here again."

"Good breakfast general staff (bar restaurant etc) excellent. However front desk inefficient & duty manager CALLUM was rude & dismissive . With that attitude he has no future in hotel management. Front desk were super efficient in taking unauthorised payments from credit cards but not so good in refunding!! Hotel overall appearance tired in need of redecorating throughout. "Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Very friendly team who were on hand and always willing to help. Dave and Phil were excellent hosts. Bar was reasonably priced as well with comfortable seating. "

"The hotel is located opposite the Bournemouth International Centre which is handy if you are going to a concert like us. Our room (306) very dated but clean. The TV was very small and the remote (filthy) didn’t work even though reception replaced the batteries. The bar was not open for us to use on the first night so we went to The Sun pub only 30 seconds away which was great. The bath in the bathroom was raised and although both of us are tall we still had a struggle stepping up into it. We...

"Breakfast was very busy due to a trade union conference and options were limited. Also we were charge extra for coffee on the first day and told on the second day it was free."

"The Breakfast wasn't great, the English breakfast everything was cold. They didn't replenish things quick enough, the bread was stale when I went to toast it and there weren't many pastries. The bar man (Tom) was lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The room was lovely and clean."

"Excellent location, fantastic staff however as it's and old building floors creek, was very noisey. I wouldn't return as I prefer more Modern hotel, bed small, could hardly move in bathroom and tv in a ridiculous location. Breakfast average, pool small. Was very clean. "
