"Expedia site says “on site parking “ which is not true. The hotel is in pedestrian zone and you have to bag drag quite a long way. Then no elevator in hotel and rooms rather small. Staff pleasant. "

It's a great place to stay with really comfy big beds, water and Stroopwafels in the room, a good shower with nice toiletries and white fluffy towels, a safe in the room and air con. It was nice and quiet and we liked the complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival which we drank outside sitting in the sun. "Excellent location for exploring Delft. Spacious triple room for 3 adults. Great breakfast. Central courtyard area only accessible to hotel guests which is perfect for secure bicycle storage. Very helpful reception staff. If you like fine dining try La Tasca, just off the Markt Platz - absolutely outstanding. "

"Quiet place to stay. Convenient location, easy to walk to everything. The room was not as clean as I would have preferred with cobwebs and a few skinny spiders in the corners with a hair on the sheet. The staff was very nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I never saw another guest will staying there. The courtyard was not well kept- did not look like the picture online. Delft is beautiful. If you check in after hours you have to go to another property first...

"Great location separate from the main hotel. We had a room with kitchen. Very convenient for storing our own drinks and food. Reheated some leftovers for breakfast. Nice view of canal. Comfortable bed and great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much in Delft. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. We recommend this hotel."

The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. "We did not know that the appartment was in another street, it was not well cleaned. There was only one chair on the terras, we could not sit on the couch. The breakfast was also very poor, black boiled eggs and the milk in the capucino was sour."

"Really really nice hotel... very modern, very nicely decorated, very very comfortable bed, and a little kitchen area with a microwave and sink. Great aircon and I LOVED having a rain shower!! Great location for transport too - buses and trams pretty much right outside. Just a note - if coming back from the hague at night, take an uber rather than a taxi... taxis are €40 but uber is only €20! Learnt from my mistakes haha!"
