"Check in was simple, accomodating and hospitable. The place was elegant and very nicely decorated, clearly well-thought out. It had a lot of history. The room was smaller than I expected. The bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. The crew were very helpful and quick. Two small notes, room cleaning was a bit late (I arrived from hospital around 1pm and my room was not cleaned yet) and I hoped they improved the breakfast food. "This was a very clean hotel with incredibly attentive staff. Kudos for wearing sweaters for the holiday season! The room was taken care of meticulously and we looked forward to coming back from a hot day's exploring. The welcome fruit and free minibar was a nice surprise. The location was great. It was 3mins to the Sri Weld Food Court where we had several great meals and close to dozens of local restaurants. And being close to the shore meant getting to the Jetties and the local art tour...
