Ballantyne hotel guide. Hilton Hotels hotel in Ballantyne, Charlotte

Visiting from the UK. Great hotel, great location. We recently visited the Charlotte area for a week and this hotel was perfect for us. Staff were lovely and so polite and attentive. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great and plenty to eat as was the kick back food in the evening Room was very clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff made our week’s visit very enjoyable and comfortable.

Lovely stay

Lovely new hotel. Good service and a good location outside of Charlotte.

Great modern hotel, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Convenient for everything in Charlotte

everything is fine!

Clean and large room/bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Typical. Nothing to rave about. Did not use the bar. Sufficient parking available, though we used Lyft.

Large clean room. Very good stay

All staff from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The other guests in the hotel were quiet as was the area. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely! Breakfast was plentiful - food area was kept very clean and the freshly stocked. Rooms were clean - massive tv and comfy bed!

Let's cut to the chase, this hotel is simply terrific. I was only there for one night as it was a flight schedule thing, but if asked, would I stay here again? Simple answer, definitely. Check in was simple and the reception was welcome and friendly. All of the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant, which is a huge plus. The room, sorry, suite, itself was incredible in my opinion. More than adequate for up to four travellers. The bed was really comfortable and although I didn't try...

A new and modern hotel, beautiful inside and out. Great staff who were all so friendly and welcoming not only on arrival but at every interaction. Would definitely stay here again.
