"Amazing customer service experience. I stayed two nights sbd could not have been happier with the staff. I had an issue with the bed the first night and they happily changed my room the next morning. On the second day, I requested help very early in the morning with extremely heavy bags getting on the shuttle bus. The valet serviceman came to my room at 4:30 in the morning, took my bags down to the shuttle and watched over them until the shuttle. He then loaded the bags on the shuttle without...

"Very clean. My room was spotless. I loved the 3pm checkin and 12pm checkout! Breakfast is included and actually good. ALL of the staff greets you when they see you. Great location if you’re going to a concert/ show at The Anthem."

"Easily the worst Thompson I’ve stayed at. Staff was lovely and tried their best, but it’s understaffed to a level I’ve never seen. You can’t get a drink late at night, the only television is at the rooftop bar which only serves bar food (phenomenal smoked wings, but the worst lobster roll I’ve ever had). "Clean room, near airport"

"Room was clean. Could not adjust ac temperature to a cooler level. The weekend I stayed there it was over 90 degrees. But other than that the stay was fine."

"Check in was easy. Room was clean, pillows need replaced. They finally cleaned the room after 5 nights even thiugh it said every other day. Breakfast was just ok. Same thing every day. 6 to 9 everyday but if you want waffels better get there before 830 as they close the station and you will have tp settle for ego frozen waffels. Some people take,advantage of it and stock up for snacks through out the day from breakfast supplies. Also the hotel is right across the street from the metro...

"This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options....

"I enjoyed my stay overall, and the room clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is the room tended to get very hot during the day because the window curtains were open other than that, everything else was great and I had a great experience. I would stay here again."
