"For $360/night this was a disappointment. Very few amenities. Most amenities are not available beyond 7pm. Pretty lackluster grounds. The interior courtyard looks very much like a kid’s summer camp. The TV offers no film channels- just basic cable. It actually stopped working on the 2nd night. If you try to stream, the buffering is so slow you just give up. Housekeeping didn’t come by all weekend. Definitely would not go back. It was clean, the bed was great. Not the worst experience but way too...

"Beautiful hotel, located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe with shopping and hiking right there. There was a live band in the center of the mall on Friday and Sat nights. Lots of activities, a kid's center and a small restaurant. Our room had a full kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a large sauna/bathtub. The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard."

"The hotel was a very good price for where it is. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean when we first entered. The lighting next to the bed would be the only complaint. The lights were broken and did not light up the bed area. The bar and outdoor music was cool and created a nice atmosphere. "The location of the hotel one block from the South shore is so convenient. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were in town for a concert at the Tahoe outdoor amphitheater. You could hear the artists warming up from the hotel. It was a great location."
