"Lovely location tucked away in a rural cul de sac but easy access to major roads and Airport. I opted for the smaller double room which was compact but comfortable. The owners/staff were all excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet, while a little expensive, was superb and had everything you could want, all at a high quality. The only downside (nothing to do with the accommodation itself) was not rely on the pub next door - I stayed on a Tuesday and the pub kitchen was closed early and...

"My sister and I spent just a couple of nights here and truly fell in love with the house and staff. Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! Our room was perfectly sized and the bed/bedding comfortable. All in all, a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone in any stage of life."

"Our room was on ground floor with a hot tub. Facilities were good and the bed was very comfortable. Some elements were a little tired. Staff were outstanding and responsive to all requests and questions. Nice dining area and presentation. Great central location to Grasmere village. Our only issue is that parking can be a lottery - but staff were happy to help."

"Absolutely stunning property, located in the heart of Pointiscale, Keswick. Easy to get around to points of interest by a local bus which is opposite the place and lots of places for local walks /hikes near derwentwater. Also close to Keswick centre (1.5 miles, or 25 mins walk). The hosts, Craig and Claire, were brilliant; friendly and charming. They have exemplary customer service skills and great knowledge of the local area. The hot breakfast was great and the touch of home made oat bars...

The decor throughout is an absolute credit to the owners, vintage, contemporary and stylish. Great breakfast to set you up for a day on the fells. We absolutely loved our stay, thank-you to everyone at the Grange ! "
