"Staff were amazing, we stayed during a heatwave and they were helpful with ice from the bar. Other instances such as needing forks, hangers in our room and new towels were treated with the same professionalism ! We booked a room over a year in advance and after driving 300 miles for 6 hours the desk workers informed us that the hotel doesn't actually recognise booking made through Expedia. There was air conditioning in the restaurant but not in our room so that made the room quite hot and stuffy even with the window open.

Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere.
