"Hard to fault this hotel. Everything was fresh, clean and the staff were great. Building has an interesting history. Only area for improvement is that the room needed instructions on how to operate the lighting and air con/heating - a staff member had to pop up from reception to explain it to us! The immediate neighborhood is a bit dull and down at heel but it's well located otherwise .... only a couple of minutes walk to Poplar DLR station and 15 mins walk from everything going on in Canary Wharf."
