"I booked this hotel after my flight was cancelled unfortunately. But I felt so fortunate that this unexpected stay went so well! Room was not very spacious but sized just right, With all the useful amenities provided and well designed features I felt so comfortable and actually had a very good sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was quiet too. I was really surprised when I toured to the terrace area the next morning. It was so peaceful. "I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

Only complaint is the neighbourhood and the pipes in soom room or air condition that make noise. If you are a light sleeper bribg earplugs and best to arrive during daytime."

"Hotel is in a nice location and very quiet. However a few things need improvement in the room. Hotel is in UK. There is no UK plug in the bathroom even though they supply a UK plug hairdryer. So you have to use your hairdryer on one of the nightstands or desk and can’t plug anything else in the bathroom?? No washcloths ever so makes showering hard. Also nice heavy duvet on bed BUT it gets very hot. Would be nice to have a sheet or light blanket to use instead."
