"This small boutique hotel is really a gem hidden in a small Venetian street. Very centrally located at easily walking distances from everywhere, run by an excellent team of humans (not modern day robot employees). Great decor and comfort. Highly recommended. "

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"It's a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The Expedia website says that there "is a shuttle service to the airport" which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel since we flew out the next day; however, there is no shuttle service and the hotel staff was very confused about why we thought there would be a shuttle service to the airport. "The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."
