"A super place to stay for our first trip to Bath. Liz was a very welcoming host and very helpful during our stay. Our rooms were comfortable and spotless and had great facilities. The location was easy to get into the city centre using the local bus service. We enjoyed the optional breakfast which was very filling and set us up for our day. A lovely find and recommended 10/10. "

"Clean, convenient and comfortable. Loved the location which was a quick walk to the city center and close to restaurants and parking. The rooms were slightly small but we were out most of the time and were there only for one night so it served us well. "

"Beautiful little guest house with incredibly friendly owners. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable & was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was quiet & even had air-conditioning. The breakfast tray brought to your room every morning was a very nice change to the dining room experience we're used to......we definitely preferred it. Check in & check out was easy & the addition of a free parking space in the centre of Bath was very handy."

"Staying on the houseboat was certainly the unique experience that we'd hoped it to be. We arrived later than planned but a quick call to the host helped us navigate to the parking area and gave us directions to meet him at the boat. The boat itself was freshly made up for our group, it was toasty warm with central heating and a log burner. 2 single sofa beds in the lounge were a great solution. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items were provided in the fridge, and the kitchen was well equipped with...
