"Tiles were broken in bathroom and pool area Hot tub edges were sharp and my child cut themselves. There were dark brown spots on the trim edges in the bathroom. Front desk associate was in her personal phone speaking very loud and vulgar. Other guests around our room were very inconsiderate of night time "

"The hotel in general is ok, rooms are specious, beds are comfortable, the problems is cleaning which some days are unexistant, they not even changed towels or pick up garbage. They advertise Breakfast included, but is to the minimum, if you asked for something, theirs answers will be, we don't have it, The working team, seems to be tired and overworked Even though there are problems I still recommended this hotel, but be ready for the unexpected. If you only want a place for a night, this is the place."

"When I arrived at the property, I was told there was no reservation for me even though I showed a confirmation email. I got very creepy vibes from the front desk who asked me very personal questions. Once I was able to connect with Expedia and they confirmed my reservation I was given a room. It was unclean and smelled bad. The shower had no water pressure other than a trickle. The TV was not working. The carpet was dirty. I would not recommend staying at this property."

"The bathroom was full of hair, I had to disinfect it myself. My son and I tried to go purchase cookware around 5:30, and was told someone would bring it to the room. No one ever came and there were no staff to assist on site. "
