"Hotel is located in the center of Bath and 12 minutes walk to Roman Bath. Walking to Jane Austen Center, circus or Royal Cresent all within 15 minutes. Room is well sized and tastefully decorated and sparkly clean. Have to mention that the bathroom was beautifully designed. Amenities provided was great, like kettle, coffee press machine, safe, etc. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Although it is in central area but night time the street was very quiet. Maybe because I am a light sleeper so I...

"Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Well appointed rooms, super comfortable and really nice staff. Zero complaints. Wonderful stay and would recommend to all! We stayed in a large room which was really spacious, great air con which we didn’t have to touch during our stay which was in the heatwave. Fab breakfast, lovely touches like the pantry! Excellent."

The only tiny point was that is was very hot in the house and room (very warm out too) but the fan that was provided was extremely noisy and not really useful. "Good location. Excellent breakfast. There's no parking at the hotel. Also, no discount on city parking. The receptionist recommended Southgate parking, which is a bit far. The room is compact and newly renovated. It was extremely hot outside during our trip. The built-in air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. I recommend it."

"Everything about this stay was wonderful - from the building, to the room, the beds, and especially the service. Monica and her team were excellent - extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the location of this stay was ideal - close to nearly everything. A few notes: Be aware that there is no AC, so plan accordingly - though fans, lighter bedding and bottled water were provided. My only recommendation would be to add a small mini fridge to keep the water...

"Second time staying here. Expensive, and both breakfast and parking cost extra. Breakfast was good, but not excellent like some other stays we had on this trip. Parking is tight but doable. The Plate restaurant next door is very good for dinner. "
