I will start with the positives. The flat itself is quite nice. Each room is a good size, The bathroom is lovely, but through the stay we noticed slight dirt and dust. Nothing that ruined the night itself though! The stay was a small sleepover arranged for my birthday (6 people) so the space was great for this! "The staff at this hotel were fantastic and really were the only reason for the okay score.
I believe the hotel is going through a refurbishment and it really does need it.
We were in a superior family room in a separate building across the car park/front of the hotel which doesn’t have a bar or restaurant. You have to order room service or walk back to the main building for food or drinks.
The room was quite small and dated. The air conditioning didn’t work which was addressed very quickly,...
