"Room not clean toilet clogged 3 times with regular use. Shower head spayed water all over the bathroom. Elevator appeared to be missing parts and got stuck multiple times. Had to try the pool at the property at their sister property next door. That pool had missing and damaged bottom. The staff handed me a plunger in a wet plastic bag and asked me to clear the clog myself. Not a great experience. I wont be staying there again"

"No Coffeemaker in Room. Coffee in the lobby at 8 a.m. a little late for a lot of travellers. They charge a 40$ cash deposit, when you check out, they first check your room, then you get it back. The Hotel itself is very good maintained."

"The parking lot was dirty with people standing around. Some were giving/ getting haircuts. Not an attractive surroundings. No toast or bread for breakfast. I don’t think this location meets your Corporate standards."

"The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit. The room itself was large, very clean, with a mini kitchen should it be necessary, and a single serve coffee pot was available. The bathroom was very clean, great...

"Front desk staff was very kind and helpful at ck in. We were told there would be a “limited breakfast” from6-9, it was completely gone when we got to the dining area at 8:30. The bathroom floor was not inviting and there was hair and debris all along the edges of the room. The beds were very clean and comfortable. It was sufficient for the one night we needed for passing through."
