"Jeremy at the front desk checked us in and was as pleasant and helpful as could be. Our room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was wonderful with instant hot water. We had a totally stocked kitchen in case we wanted to cook, which we did not. Breakfast had a very nice selection of hot and cold items and was well-stocked. The location of the hotel put us near Maumee and Toledo which made it nice for sightseeing. We would absolutely...

"The room was great and had an amazing view. The bed was comfy and the invitation to watch the fireworks from the rooftop was a bonus. The staff did not seem to know anything about the area or the rooftop event. The valet were slow and brought our car around and parked it in the lot and we had to go out in the pouring rain to get into it. Parking in Toledo was awful. You couldn't go anywhere if you had to park your car. The lots were charging $15-30 for parking."

"They wasted 1:30 hours of my time as i went back and forth with them and expedia (who I give 1 star for customer service) before finally giving me a room. I have a service dog and they refused to allow me access with him because they said they had no more pet rooms. I explained, as they should have known, that a service dog is not a pet by Federal Law, but it took a ridiculous amount of time before they finally granted me a room. It was midnight and my other options were non-existent. I called...

"The hotel is dated. The check in staff was not friendly. The entrance was dirty. The smell of marijuana was really bad. The pool area and first floor smell of Chlorine mad your eyes burn. I could not wait to get out of this place. Do not stay here."

"I only stayed one night while passing through. Nice hotel and room. Clean and everything worked. The only issue is that the sound from the nearby highway came right through the windows. Although well maintained, the building seems a bit old and may need some upgrades"

"The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!"
