"This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in my adult life. The main issue is that we had a potential bedbug scare, which led to us changing the entire bedding alongside the maintenance guy (who was fantastic) around midnight. In addition, there is zero noise cancellation from the room doors and we heard frequent loud talking + doors closing outside our room starting around 6 AM. "He was wonderful. The room was to be expected size. Everything was great hotel. Staff was wonderful. The major issue here with this specific property is parking. Parking is not convenient, especially when there are sports events in the area."

"The room smelled terrible. The air conditioning ran all night but we didn’t want to turn it off risking it smelling worse. There was dogs barking and loud music throughout the night. Overall not a great experience, but we had no other choice since all other hotels were booked for the Glass City Marathon. :/ "

"Refrigerator leaked on the floor. Under the fridge was a cockroach sticky trap with dead cockroaches. At 4:00 in the morning there were dogs barking in the next room. Toilet wouldn’t fill back up to flush for many minutes. STAY AWAY "
