"We tried checking in at 4 pm as check in time was 3 we were told rooms.not ready yet so we left did alittle shoppinf came back at 615 was tols still bot ready we needed to get ready for a event by 7 didnt get our room till 630 "

"This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in my adult life. The main issue is that we had a potential bedbug scare, which led to us changing the entire bedding alongside the maintenance guy (who was fantastic) around midnight. In addition, there is zero noise cancellation from the room doors and we heard frequent loud talking + doors closing outside our room starting around 6 AM. "It wasn’t fancy, it was okay. The you lady at the front desk when I was checking out was Amazing. I had lost my ring and when I called back, she went down and checked in our room and held it for me until I was able to get back to them later that day."
