"The staff was courteous & helpful. Comfy bed and the AC sufficiently cooled the room. Loved the building - the front porch rockers, very nice lobby area, bar & restaurant. The food was very good! One suggestion is to improve the coffee… a bit weak, especially the set-up in the rooms for the cost of the stay."

"Rooms need some up keep. Couldn’t use the body wash or conditioner because they were broken. Arcade was fine but could also use some updates and some repairs to multiple games. All hotel bathrooms in lobby/arcade need some work."

"The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. The furniture is banged up with paint and wood chips on each corner. We had family members in three different rooms and no one had hot water. The counters looked unclean like they weren’t wiped down. Cigarette and weed smoke was awful."

"We loved our stay for Mothers/Daughters Getaway wkend!!! Our room was beautiful, clean & stocked!! We absolutely loved the casino, pool & Starbucks being in the hotel lobby!! We will definitely stay @ Harrah’s on the coast again!!"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The check in/check out staff (Ashley and Teresa) was so nice and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. I have zero complaints. I most definitely will stay at the hotel again while visiting the MS Gulf Coast."

"The location makes it so easy to either walk downtown or get on the road in your vehicle. It’s also very scenic."
