"Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful"

While the room and property were clean, the hotel just seems tired and run down. The rooms are in need of a face-lift. Also, our room was extremely small. It was ok for our one night stay, but longer than that may be uncomfortable."

"This is a quaint older hotel but does need some updates. The pool was cute but small, and closed too early. We came back from a long day in the heat and was looking forward to a swim only to find out the pool had closed at 8 pm. The access to the beach and beach chairs was nice. The breakfast was amazing. Best breakfast in a hotel I've ever had actually. With great coffee. Make sure to make a reservation though, apparently I didn't know to do that and felt a little talked down to when I asked...
