"Don't plan on getting breakfast at 9:30am. We were told breakfast was until 10am. Went down at 9:30am. Everything was empty and they had no intention of stocking. Toilet paper holder was in the most awkward spot. Literally needed to lean sideways to reach it. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Hotel was definitely outdated. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly however wasn't impressed that her trainee was sucking on a lollipop while checking us in. Housekeeping was friendly."

"The beds are comfortable. The temperature was adjustable to personal preference. It was conveniently located for us. We appreciated the circular parking lot so it was easy to get in and out without any tight turnarounds. There is plenty of space in the bathroom to hang toiletry bags, which we really appreciated. It's nice to have a full sized fridge/freezer. The little 4-cup coffee maker is convenient. We brought our own white noise machine, but it seemed like a quiet location, other than the...

"We had a delightful stay at the Reynolds mansion. It is a gorgeous historic home with beautiful woodwork and elegant touches throughout. We stayed in the colonel's green room, an excellent choice. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and available. The food was delicious, with homemade snacks and happy hour treats as well as a hearty breakfast. It was a reasonable drive to our State College event as well- why stay in a boring expensive hotel?"

"Breakfast bar can use a few more items like pancakes and French toast. Walls are thin so you hear kids running up and down the hallway. Plus the kids upstairs jumping was loud and annoying "

"House was beautifully maintained 1700’s house with modern amenities. Bathroom was recently renovated and modern. Bed was firm yet comfortable - I was told it was a brand new mattress and I was the first to sleep on it. Breakfast was delicious! Hosts super nice and were accommodating to guests schedules as to when to serve breakfast. Ask for the Blueberry Bramble - it was delicious, I need to recipe."
