"The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night…."

"When I arrived it was unclear where I should park , and after parking my car in the alley I was told they were out of spaces for guests. I was assigned a resident parking spot , but it requires another to key fob. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, I had hand soap, but you don't provide lotion. "Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! "

"Over all the hotel was remodeled and clean.Rm 123. There was a running motor sound coming from the air, conditioner or refrigerator all night and that was difficult to sleep to :( The walls also were very thin and we could hear others a lot. Lastly, there was no coffee/coffee pot in the room. There was coffee at breakfast, but no real creamers. It was creamer powder. Some of these small things really matter."
