"The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. "Room was clean, outside of living room carpet which had a smell to it. Liked staff friendly, liked pet friendly. Well equipped kitchen. Bed comfortable. No 55 inch TV no movies channels as advertised. Furniture was unstable and falling apart ie: table, chairs, bedroom end table hanging off the wall . Outside was dark, no lights outside, dark alley walk way. Staff added and fixed lights the second night. lots of trash and flys near pool shower area. Smell was nasty. Waited almost 90 minutes...
