"So the water heater went out the one night that we stayed there.So there was no hot water for a shower that night.. Renovated, it's very pretty.The beds were comfortable , but we were not impressed with their breakfast in the morning."

"The hotel smelled clean in the lobby and the room we stayed in was fairly clean but the hall ways smelled like an old drunk chain smoker. "The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. "

"Everyone and everything was great.However for the money we paid ,I think breakfast should be supplied.Less luxurious hotels offer a buffet breakfast in with the costs.Over $300-$400 for one night should qualify for built in breakfast."

"Staff was nice and lobby very clean. No entry from back parking area even though there is a door, that is an inconvenience as a guest. The room was clean however the bathroom still had dirty washcloths and towel hanging on shower curtain. Also the safety certificate in elevator expired in 12/04/25"

"I tried this property about a year ago and said I would not return. I decided to give them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse this time. The sheets were dirty. The pillows were dirty. The towels hanging in the bathroom had boot prints on them, not to mention the roach on the floor. There won’t be a third trip."

"It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types "
