"There needs to be some improvements in the physical environment. Ceiling in the bedroom was peeling and upholstered chair and desk chair wear very worn."

"The basic concept was Fair, at Best. The beds were uncomfortable, the bath linens were dingy, from repeated use. The bathroom was outdated, bad wall paper hanging, as well as terrible caulk repairs. The “complimentary breakfast” was again Fair. Small breakfast nook, food okay. Hotel isn’t crowded, therefore breakfast food isn’t Fresh."

"The room was ok & the beds were actually pretty good but the bathroom was honestly kind of gross. There was what appeared to be a new tub surround, but there was mold around it. The tub had been repainted at some point and the paint was peeling and stained. The baseboards were dirty. Honestly, had there been another hotel that was open nearby & if we'd been able to get a refund, we most likely would have gone somewhere else."

"Had an eschew with the toilet call the front dest they where down there less than 3 min fixed it right up. Very very nice owner. Help us in a lot of ways. We had an emergency had to leave early they did not hesitate gave us our money back. That’s what good people do. I would say Good place to stay. If any things wrong call the dest and he will make it right. Give it a 9 out of 10 Thanks for Ty gee understanding. Family place for sure."

"older hotel, slightly unkept, Breakfast was minimal but the staff was amazing hosting our softball team. Although some rooms didn’t have working AC units or missing microwave or refrigerators"

"I liked their Executive Suite because not only of the kitchenette w/it's own sink but plenty of space."

"The property was absolutely amazing. Loved everything about it. And being right in the center of town was a nice feature. The staff was unbelievably kind and nice and generous. Having the restaurant downstairs was so convenient as well as the gift shop. However, the parking was a little bit tricky cause it’s street parking that is metered. But other than that, We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful vacation."

"HVAC unit in room was extremely noisy. Each time the unit came on there was excess noise that would wake you up."

"The room was big and had a king bed and for a bit over $400 a week I can't complain much. The good:The location is great, next to many restaurants and retailers, a theatre and bowling alley. Room was clean. They take trash out and change towels every morning. They sweep when requested and bedding on request. The bads: the ice machine is broke. The parking lot is rough. Loud music and marijuana use every evening from other tenants in the parking lot. Our plug went out to our fridge and...

"Check in was quick and easy. After having trouble with my room key card we figured out the door needed new batteries. Once the problem was fixed everything went smooth. Loni at the front desk was amazing! She helped us with the key card problem and suggested several places for food and fun."

"The room was ideal. Comfy. Facility was well maintained. Parking lot clean. The location was within 5 minutes of the wedding. Do I need to say perfect. The breakfast was above and beyond."
