"Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

I seldom order room service on vacations but I am so glad I took advantage this time. The breakfast was both delicious and very generous. "Great location for exploring beautiful Lyon. I did find our initial arrival into the hotel a bit awkward. The hotel itself is located inside an apartment building so you have to communicate through a buzzer system, then heavy doors and lastly into a very small elevator or two flights of stairs. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay "

"Centrale ligging dichtbij het metrostation op max 5 min loopafstand. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer wat aan de kleine kant maar verder prima. Lekker bed en door de rolluiken heel donker. Na een lange dag wandelen door het moois wat Lyon te bieden heeft, kwamen deze luiken goed van pas. De volgende ochtend werd ik heerlijk uitgerust wakker.
