"Amazing place, guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the land and the Mayan culture. The food was delicious, and the place was just beautiful. Onsite hikes in the rain forest and floating the river in inner tubes are well worth it. Also worth seeing the Mayan ruins and cave exploring were well worth it."

"For anyone looking for a small beautiful hidden gem resort close to San Ignacio, I'd highly recommend Villa Massis in Bullet Tree Falls! It's only a quick 10 min drive into San Ignacio. We had a 2-bedroom suite for the 4 of us and it was perfect. We booked airport transportation, transfer to Placencia, several rides into San Ignacio and all of our tours with them. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us."

"It doesn’t look like much from the front but we absolutely loved our stay!!!! We stayed in room 18 and the bed was amazing! The large screen TV after being out all day was nice to come back to. The room was big and comfy! We only had breakfast there and it was so good!!! Love the staff in the restaurant… for the price… so worth it!!!"

"We had the best time at Chaa Creek. From the time that we were picked up at the airport, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of service was amazing. We used their taxi service to take us to various places and the drivers were like tour guides and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly. "Amazing hilltop resort, they will book tours or all tour companies also pickup on request. Three pools and outdoor cabanas. Long hill walk up/down to get here but supermarkets and restaurants at foot of hill. Town centre is walkable but up/down hills each way. Not all cabins have a wifi router and mine kept cutting out so they moved me to another cabin. I was here six nights. Lots of foreigners. Very nice and relaxing place to stay.
