"When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. "

"Excellent service and extremely clean, spacious rooms. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and kind! The breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is situated at a quiet place next to the river, that is an easy and quick stroll into the main hub of town. Be mindful of the electronic gate when it opens inward so you don’t have to quickly reverse your car as you leave the hotel."

"We stayed at the AC Hotel for three nights this summer. This hotel is a great base for activities in and around Inverness. The front desk staff are terrific, very helpful and friendly folks. Parking can be in short supply onsite but there is a paid lot very nearby that is the same price as the hotel. "Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. "

"This hotel was perfect for our needs for 2 nights. My initial thought was that the outside looked a bit 'tired' but the interior made up for it. Our room was very nice, bright, clean and comfortable. The shower was great with big towels. "Recently stayed Redcliff for two nights. Breakfast and dinner was great. Super friendly staff. Room was small but cozy. Incredible view of Inverness castle from our room. Manager Anna-Maria went above and beyond to make our stay here, exceptional. The owners of this establishment are fortunate to have her as their manager. Convenient seven minute walk to downtown, in a safe neighborhood. Great parking. Overall great little hotel. "
