"Charming hotel on quite street 3 blocks from St. George's Square. Very attentive and polite service from everyone at the hotel. The room was lovely and breakfast service includes cold and hot options (including egg's benedict and full English breakfast). Rooftop bar and pool are a nice option. Great base for exploring Valletta and the rest of Malta. I would recommend both this and it's sister property the Gomerino."

"Location is central with great view on roof top. But it is no up to the 4 star hotel standard. The standard room we booked did not have proper window and shower. We had to upgrade to a “balcony” room to get those. But the room was the last one available and it had a strange smell. There were multiple large trash containers across the narrow street from the hotel entrance. We smelled trash and saw flies coming into the hotel all the time. Not a satisfactory stay, to say the least."

"Location, breakfast, staff that we saw in person were all great. The room was unique but beautiful and appeared newly renovated. Our only complaints were with the automated check in process to get the room key. And once that was resolved the key didn’t work the next day. There are some kinks to work out but it is a nice place in a great location. The young woman who served breakfast was extremely nice and friendly. "

"Amazing location right next to Sliema Ferry station with a breathtaking view of Valletta. The apartment was well-equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. We got access to an outdoor pool at Manta Beach Club just across the street, which was also quite nice, even though we could not use it due to the weather. I would definitely recommend this place and would return any time."

"This hotel is well run with polite efficient staff . The rooms are clean and modern and reception and breakfast area's were clean and comfortable .The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Valletta in a quiet side street ."

"Breakfast is excellent a really good choice and well stocked. The room was spacious and had everything we needed the down side of the room was a silly blue motion sensor light that goes off all the time and really disrupts sleep. The robes need replacing a bit rough and old. It says there is a 24 hour shuttle from airport when I booked but there is not. What was disappointing is the indoor pool and outdoor pool are managed by another provider and they let you know. No robes or slippers in the...

"The hotel is great, full of character but with modern amenities. Lovey breakfast in the "cave" basement. Very central to everything in Valetta. Staff are absolutely charming and friendly. Highly recommended."

"Everything was perfect. The place, so clean, close to balluta bay, the details in the place… I would come back every single time. There is just one minor thing.. the tv is not smart so say bye to watch Netflix if you want to rest a bit. Other than that AMAZING is a small word for it "
