"Very stylish hotel, spacious room, huuuuge kingsize beds. Due to the closed beach pool the rooftop area was pretty packed. And there was no communication in the hotel info neither as part of the pre-arrival communication, that the rooftop area is adults only. For a visible family booking with two minor-aged children I would have appreciated either to pre-inform us or to ease the regulation. Like this we had a loose-loose... "

"The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "

"Window ledge not been cleaned for months. Inside edge of toilet seat not cleaned !!! Great location. Nice breakfast. Run the shower for 15 minutes or you won’t get any hot water. Quiet location. Mix d feelings. Room big enough. But couldn’t open window, as onto main road at eye level. "

I gave 4 due to one issue at the restaurant: Atrio - food was bland and badly made. Meal cost 160 Euros... For that would've expected a modicum of a decent meal. I did complain and even met the chef, they were apologetic as risotto lacked consistency, and wasn't tasty at all. Chicken also wasn't seasoned properly. They offered to swap the...
