"Loved staying at this brand new accommodation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Tiffany at the front desk. The rooms are luxurious and clean with amazing views of Houston. The workout area in an entire floor and rivals the best gym I've been to. And, there are gorgeous places to sit and relax or work on the outdoor decks or the many lounge areas inside. Don't hesitate to stay here."

The room was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. There was what looked like body fluid on the mattress protector and what appeared to be a pubic hair on the wall in the bathroom. I’m waiting to see if I’m going to get at least one night of my prepaid stay refunded. "
