"Great location. Grocery on bottom floor. Parking garage attached. Subway 2 blocks away. Only partial con is there is no A/C but staff provided fans which we only really needed one night. After comparing room size and the fact many properties don't have A/C. I would definitely stay there if I traveled to london again."

"I genuinely wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, I had an issue with the water draining in the shower, mentioned it when I left the room for the day and by the time I took a shower the next day it was fixed! I felt very secure and safe, you couldnt even get into reception without a keycard at night and then you needed to scan again to access the rooms area.
