"They have a tiny mini cooler in the room instead of a mini fridge and charged $25 for a microwave per night. They ran out of microwaves during my stay and did not have any microwaves available in the entire property. I had to throw away most of my food. "

"The best thing about this hotel was that it was only 3 miles from the shuttle pickup spot. The room appeared to be clean until we picked up our air bed, and saw that it was full of pet hair. We used the air bed because the sofa bed was just too uncomfortable. Overall, it was an ok experience"

"I stayed here for Coachella and the service was extremely disappointing. The bathrooms were filthy and weren't cleaned once during our entire 3-day stay. To make matters worse, the shower handles kept falling off every time we tried to turn the water on, and the stall doors wouldn't even close properly. On the first day, there was no toilet paper at all. The tent and the equipment provided were very dirty. My inflatable mattress deflated twice during the stay. While the lady on the golf cart was very helpful and kind when I told her about it, the overall management was non-existent. Even when the office was supposedly "open" on Saturday, there was nobody there to help. I also had to leave at 8:30 AM today without a proper checkout because the office was closed again. Avoid this place if you care about hygiene and getting what you paid for."
